SUMMARY
Weisiger Group is seeking an IT Applications Analyst to join the CAT Applications team. This position will be responsible for leading/supporting the IT business relationships in the major functional areas. Functioning as IT SME in one or more functional areas, will manage the support and execution of business-related requests as well as planning and implementation of technology driven projects and processes.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree in computer science or management Information Systems preferred.
- 5+ years of combined experience in Information Technology Field
- Experience with implementing and supporting for Field service and/or internal service operations or Equipment rental operations and/or financial operations.
- Experience with Visio and other process/architecture modeling tools
- Experience with and solid understanding of relational databases and programming languages
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written
- Team oriented and able to work across other internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail and strong documentation
- Ability to self-manage time and priorities.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Business liaison and provides continuous communication to business stakeholders for IT delivery, support and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with business users to gather and document requirements for new projects or reporting needs and map them to IT applications processes.
- Performs IT applications business process configurations, technical programming and reports development.
- Analyze data from applications and data sources (SQL databases) to help the technology and business teams.
- Document and maintain business processes and SOPs for the enterprise applications.
- Coordinate and perform quality assurance unit testing of new products or enhancements to existing systems.
- Manage defects and change enhancement requests.
- Perform tier 2 and tier 3 application support for our end users and outsourced vendor support teams.
- Coordinate with vendor partner resources to ensure adherence to SLAs and make sure all critical business activities are being performed adequately.
- Other duties as assigned.
