Responsibilities:

  • Plan how to approach the business analysis effort
  • Identify the business needs through problem/opportunity definition and analysis; define feasible solution scope
  • Manage and maintain requirements through changes, conflicts, and issues
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand stakeholder needs and concerns; collaborate and communicate with business units and project teams
  • Work with the delivery team to create appropriate user stories and acceptance criteria that ensure the expected outcome at the end of development
  • Define, refine, prioritise, and organise requirements; model requirements, processes, and designs
  • Assess and validate proposed, in progress and implemented solutions
  • Ensure that Risks, Assumptions, and Dependencies are captured and managed in accordance with Business Controls & Monitoring framework
  • Contribute to the Digital Agile Delivery sub chapter activities and learning within the BA community to grow capability within Digital
  • Bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities
