WHAT DO I NEED?
We are looking for a confident Business Analyst with demonstrated experience in agile product delivery, stakeholder management and strong attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in an organic environment, knows how to collaborate to achieve desired outcomes and challenges the status quo to deliver great value to our customers and our business
We’d love to hear from experienced business analysts who have experience in wealth management, platforms or investments, together with:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis in financial services
- Experience in the product lifecycle across multiple asset classes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with experience facilitating business solution workshops
- Strong teamwork skills and an ability to work as part of a high performing team
- Agile delivery experience including Jira and Confluence tools
- Experience with common business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK)

Responsibilities:
- Preparing high quality documentation to articulate business problems and potential solutions
- Engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and service providers to identify solutions to complex problems;
- Interpreting customer and business needs and translating them into business requirements.
- Writing user stories for the various user types (customer, banker, investment specialist, markets desk, operations, product);
- Working with project teams to deliver business process/product changes and system enhancements
- Developing, updating and executing test plans of system functionality;
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit testing & Post Implementation Verification (PIV) for releases;
- Writing procedures, processes and documentation for new systems, enhancements and business process changes;
- Supporting change management
