• Leading the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with Risk, Product and Operations stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems to support the EFTPOS Air squad initiatives.
• Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
• Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or controls.
• Identifying and documenting Risks and Controls associated with the initiatives.
• Detailed documentation of changes to processes (Holocentric/Visio), procedures, and initiative repositories (Confluence).
• Providing solutions for process re-design and business solutions.
• Reporting and analysis activities.
• Working through technical concepts and dealing with external vendors.
