• Help facilitate and support requirements gathering workshops and meetings to identify and understand business requirements.
• Process mapping current versus future state.
• Support documentation and prioritisation of requirements in agile methodologies.
• Act as conduit between various stakeholder groups to provide clarity and alignment of requirements.
• Work closely with technology teams to design, develop, and implement data programs.
• Ensure that data pipelines, transformations, and integrations adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Support Lead BA in working group and project committee meetings including the development of supporting material.
• Attend and feed into agile ceremonies as required (daily stand ups, sprint planning, prioritisation, retros).
• Identify, document and manage risks and issues.
• Partner with project delivery teams including IT, compliance and risk to deliver project objectives.Support end to end requirements traceability
