DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
Strong financial background - Understanding the state of art in AR/AP, use of analytical dimensions in reports
Strong Excel skills (power query, power pivot, advanced formulas, and VBA)
Knowledge of finance related tools (eg, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Hyperion, Concur etc), approval workflows, banking/payment platforms, payroll, etc
Advanced data management, data mining, integrations, API connectors, (cross-department) flow optimisation, process efficiency
Experience in preparation of business cases to support system choice by management
Proficiency in CRM and ERP solutions, complemented by data warehouse and analytical project experience.
Familiarity with diverse project delivery methodologies, including SCRUM, Dev Ops, and traditional waterfall approaches.

Responsibilities:

William Buck’s exciting growth trajectory continues, and now have an exciting new role for an experienced Business Analyst, who will work across our IT and Finance divisions.
This role will have you working with both divisions, as well as business leaders to understand and drive initiatives across IT, Finance, Process Improvement, and business innovation projects, covering a diverse range of technologies and processes, so a solid accounting/finance background is a must.
As a multi-skilled individual, you will be equally at home helping understand and document complex functional business requirements, creating and delivering training and change management initiatives, and helping mobilise the organisation on data quality, process changes, the selection, design, maintenance and continuous improvement.
