THE ROLE:

The Business Analyst within the Projects, Process & Automation team is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, management, and coordination of the GBS Project slate in accordance with the business strategy, goals, and objectives.
This role is a 12 month contract based in Melbourne’s CBD with free parking and flexible working arrangements (minimum 3 days on site).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Assist Project Manager with scoping and development of GBS Project Business Case’s
• Liaise with Business Sponsor, Business Project Managers, Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to define, develop and document Business Requirements
• Liaise with internal teams to prepare Functional Specifications that deliver agreed solutions to meet Business and IT needs and standards
• Maintain and trace requirements throughout project execution through to close
• Liaise with Business Unit representatives and IT functions to coordinate testing of IT solutions in preparation for signoff by Business sponsor
• Facilitate and support Development and Testing as required
• Develop test cases and write test scripts in support of user acceptance testing as required
• Take a lead role in Project Defect prioritisation and triage
• Support the maintenance and development of Wilson Group’s analysis and project delivery approach and methodologies
