Description:

eviCore is currently hiring for a Business Analytics Senior Analyst. The BA Senior Analyst develops and maintains operational reporting and forecasting capabilities for our emerging platform solutions. The BA Senior Analyst leads and provides subject matter expertise in collaboration with client services, claims, implementations, clinical, non-clinical, and IT organizations to manage new and existing workflows. Monitors overall operations including review of internal reports and data analysis associated with operational workflows. Identifies ways to improve or enhance operational performance. Will use SQL skills, data visualization, and strong organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Health Services, Mathematics, or related field of study
  • 1-4 years, demonstrated leadership potential and aptitude for working in the technology and/or the healthcare fields
  • Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint (Visio preferred as well)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience writing and automating SQL queries
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau / MicroStrategy preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with various business partners & organize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of requirements creation and development
    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 63,500 - 105,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the data science/engineering team to help develop and implement new automation processes with the purpose of making our prior authorization workflow more efficient.
  • Provide analyses and reports to aide decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
  • Complete day-to-day Business Analytics tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations.
  • Provide operational expertise to client services and client operations managers in research and resolution of issues and requests.
  • Build presentations and complete analyses to assist in communications to senior management.
  • Research, design, develop and maintain new projects and business solutions.
  • Translate business requests into system rules; evaluate existing functionality for operational efficiencies and maintains historical record of system development.
  • Document and maintain business workflows and requirements or support central teams that manage these functions.
  • Support the development of key performance metric portfolios as it relates to projects and major company initiatives to include metric development, dashboards, and valuation support.
