Description:

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

  • A degree qualification is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge enhancement
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Banking, specifically in Risk, Treasury, and Credit Lending domains.
  • Deep domain expertise in Credit Originations, Risk exposures, Limit Management, Collateral Management, Risk Reporting, and Credit Risk Management.
  • Minimum 12+ years of overall work experience, including at least 3 years in a Business lead role.
  • Experience in both domain areas and implementing Technology solutions/products for Credit Originations and Risk Management computations.
  • Exposure to either product development or product implementation life cycles is desirable.
  • Familiarity with market off-the-shelf products such as RAZORT.
  • Hands-on experience with business analysis methodologies and relevant IT architectures.
  • Proficient in interpreting data, analysing results, and generating ongoing reports, with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of collecting, organizing, analysing, and presenting substantial amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for risk management and collateral management systems.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of existing risk processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement enhancements and new features within the Razor application.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of risk metrics and collateral management data.
