We are looking for a Business and Administration Coordinator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. As our Business and Administration Coordinator, you will play a big role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices. You’ll be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing the office flow, coordinating meetings and events, and providing support to the management group in Design & Engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant higher education, or other relevant experience. Relevant work experience may replace requirement for higher education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian
- An interest in the shipbuilding industry is great but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Work on updating and optimizing D&E processes together with process owners
- Support internal development programs and improvement projects
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations on D&E Business
- Drafting presentations, memos and preparing communication on behalf of the Management team
- Overall responsibility for our offices and managing the office flow
- Organizing/coordinating employee events
