About
Information System is based on the needs of the company’s internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for collecting requests and devising solutions for financial management products (including management reports, business financial analysis, budget management, cost allocation, etc.) from various business stakeholders, and to coordinate with the Product Manager to complete the business request management, kick-off, and delivery;
2. Continuously track user feedback, deep dive into user requests, promote product improvements and optimize operation strategy, so as to enhance the efficiency and depth of business management analysis;
3. Be good at learning and benchmarking the best practices of advanced enterprises, and combine them for the application to develop product tools;
4. Set clear project milestones, ensure the implementation process, and achieve goals.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in business & financial solutions, financial analysis, financial consulting or financial products;
2. Familiar with financial management processes, including management reports, business and financial analysis, budget management, and cost allocation;
3. More than 3 years of experience in product promotion and operation.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent project management coordination skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
2. The ability to leverage various stakeholders to promote products, operational rules, tools, and systems.
