The Value Hub is seeking a talented and experienced Business Architect to join our team. As a Business Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize operations. You will be responsible for aligning business goals with technology solutions and driving innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks
• Experience in business process analysis, modeling, and optimization
• Knowledge of business strategy development and strategic planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools, such as TOGAF or ArchiMate, is a plus

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
• Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions for improvement
• Develop business architecture models and roadmaps to support strategic planning
• Ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutions and projects
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive successful implementation of initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation
