Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international organization
- Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent telephone and written communication manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of local legal compliance
- Fluent German and English language skills. Chinese or any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the President of Europe
- Monitoring his emails and responding if required
- Preparing and organizing communications and meetings
- Calendar management and organization
- Preparing/editing analysis, studies and presentations
- Aggregate sales and forecasting documents
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Greeting and attending clients and visitors
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Other administrative and support tasks as assigned
