About the role
- Building strong relationships with your business customers to provide tailored solutions to help meet their business and personal goals
- Origination of a range of solutions for businesses with commercial and residential lending up to $10 million, asset finance, merchant facilities and everyday banking solutions
- Being a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of the IMB business banking proposition
- Liaising and collaborating with local commercial brokers
- Being part of a supportive and collaborative business banking and retail team
- Working with a quick approval and escalation process and less red tape.
About you
- Minimum 5 years small - medium commercial lending experience
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement/management skills
- Passion for business customers and community
- Enthusiasm for connecting in the community, love relationship management but are also comfortable finding new customers
- Tertiary qualifications in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
