Our Queensland - Dalby eam are looking for an experienced Business Banking Manager o join he eam o manage a diverse por folio of SME cus omers whils working across bo h Agribusiness and Regional Business.

In his role, a ypical day for me will include:

• Assessing economic value and risk po en ial of new business
• Educa ing cus omers abou heir business op ions and providing sound advice abou risk and oppor uni ies for grow h
• Proac ively leveraging ne works of in ernal and ex ernal con ac s o help iden ify new referral oppor uni ies
• Implemen ini ia ives o suppor cus omer acquisi ion in my local marke
• alking o cus omers abou heir proposed annual business plans
• Preparing and submi ing cus omer lending proposals

he purpose of my role:

• I will manage new oppor uni ies wi h he goal of building rela ionships ha endure
• I am passiona e abou helping my cus omers unders and he risk and profi abili y of heir business o safely and effec ively achieve heir desired ou comes
• Deeply unders and my cus omer’s curren and fu ure needs and collabora e across a broad ne work o ensure a empered approach o delivering he righ ou comes and balancing risk
• Drive efficiencies and effec iveness across he eam, business par ners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
