The Role:
Our Brisbane South team are looking for a new Business Banking Manager to join the team to manage and grow a portfolio of Diversified clientele.
This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing SME client base whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships.
In turn you will work with a highly collaborative team with extensive and vast knowledge, education, and backgrounds. We value each other’s opinions and perspectives and enables us to think outside the box and build a growth mindset to better our business and our customers!

• Singular focus to drive excellent customer service experiences
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally
• Excellent discipline regarding operating rhythm and time management
• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and service experience
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk
• Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification is preferred
