We are looking for a Manager who has knowledge and experience in large business and technology transformations and improvement initiatives, with a focus on Business Cases. You’ll have a history of successful business case development and validation. As well as a good understanding of investment decision making processes. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading small teams in transformation engagements.

• Leading and writing business cases related to business and technology transformation projects
• Guiding clients in value management process through benefit identification, quantification and tracking.
• Identifying and benchmarking business opportunities
• Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
• Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders from clients.
