As a Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant, you will oversee the delivery of end-to-end solutions for new and existing customer engagements. Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing our internal application suite, which is essential for our go-to-market strategy.
In this position, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, particularly in the Finance & Supply Chain functions. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and operational advice, emphasizing a holistic approach to address the overall business needs effectively.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Leading Dynamics Business Central implementations from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Serving as a lead functional resource for Dynamics Business Central projects, providing expertise and guidance to the implementation team.
- Conducting discovery workshops and engaging in functional discussions with clients to understand their supply chain processes and pain points and to provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitating scoping workshops to accurately capture and address customer needs, ensuring successful delivery of Dynamics Business Central solutions.
- Leading pre-sales presentations and functional discussions, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Dynamics Business Central to potential clients.
- Creating design documentation for client approval and as-built documentation for reference during and after implementation.
- Collaborating with project managers to plan and coordinate project sprints and development efforts, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing and shop floor management, order management and pricing, warehouse management and fulfilment.
- Proven track record of leading Dynamics Business Central projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
- Experience in conducting discovery workshops, scoping sessions, and pre-sales presentations to gather client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Strong functional expertise in Dynamics Business Central modules, functionalities, and integrations, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions
