Sofigate is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Business Change Lead to fortify our Platform Transformations team, becoming part of our 800-strong collective of business technology and transformation experts. In the realm of Platform Transformations, we merge Sofigate’s transformation prowess with our mastery in tech platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. We’re in the business of guiding our clients through their transformation journeys, aiming to be the go-to ally for customer-centric, sustainable business metamorphoses that deliver real value.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOU’RE A MATCH TO THE JOB AND SOFIGATE CULTURE?

We’re scouting for individuals who can decode customer business strategies, crafting compelling business cases, and charting the transformation trajectory—storytelling, governance models, stakeholder engagement, and human-centered change management included.
You’re the ideal candidate if you’re a natural-born storyteller, a collaborative spirit with stellar leadership, facilitation, and communication chops. Your resilience is key, matched with the ability to mentor and support stakeholders across the hierarchy.
Proficiency in Finnish and English is a must. And if your resume boasts a Master’s degree in a relevant field (think business, economics, tech), over a decade of experience in strategy or tech roles, and a history of steering large-scale transformations, we’re already interested. Background in SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or ServiceNow? Or perhaps a stint in PMO or consultancy? That’s the cherry on top – but in the end, attitude trumps experience for us.
