Job Description
Position: Business Change Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an experienced Program and Business Change Manager! Join the team responsible to improve the technology platform used by Adobe’s field selling organization. This role will work with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of technical programs and help our customers understand and adopt changes that these improvements create. If you have a balance of people, organization, and technical skills and have a strong background in organizing or change then this role may be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key programs using common frameworks, methodologies and standardized practices and approaches.
  • Responsible for ensuring programs are designed to meet clearly articulated business objectives, and that accurate tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the program
  • Actively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for timely resolution.
  • Develops and maintains Project Change Strategy (Communications, Alignment, Training, Reinforcement and Resistance) and detailed plans
  • Leads Change Agent Strategy and Meetings
  • Authors materials to be distributed for particular interest groups’ meetings, emails, newsletters to ensure messaging aligns with Program status and brand
  • Jointly owns communications strategy with key stakeholders; delivers comprehensive job aids and other change-related documentation
  • Provides Change Coaching to program leaders
  • Work internally within a matrixed, Sales Operations organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to execute and implement the plan.
  • Aggregate, organize, and communicate project information with internal customers and extended teams.
  • Convert technical team documentation into cohesive process driven user documentation and enablement materials.
