About the Role
As the Business Compliance Manager in the Monitoring, Automation and Control (MAC) Value Stream, you are a specialist responsible for supporting ANZ Plus and Customer Migration to fulfil its responsibilities in respect of its compliance obligations.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

Partnering with your assigned business portfolio to develop a strong understanding of its needs and priorities and work with the business portfolio to ensure its propositions are compliant by design and delivered safely for our customers.
Being a key member of a multi-disciplined risk enablement team who think about compliance and risks differently, come up with commercial compliance solutions / controls and are trusted partners of the program.
Enabling efficiencies in compliance management and governance – collaborate in the design and delivery of automation and technology initiatives that improve the way ANZx and Customer Migration manages its compliance obligations and monitors its controls.
Embedding regulatory awareness, compliance management and escalation frameworks.
Managing regulatory change impacts to Customer Migration.
This role will report to the ANZx Compliance Lead, Monitoring Automation and Control (MAC) Value Stream, ANZx and be part of a multidisciplinary team of enablement specialists.
