Business consultants help achieve the sales goal by identifying, developing, and showcasing ADP services and solutions. This is achieved by understanding and questioning the needs of the prospect/customer in order to enable ADP to find the most appropriate solution. The role of Business Consultant (field service) supports sales activities on site, without a specific area, and covers the mid-market and enterprise sectors.

- Driving effective sales processes within Germany and EU regions depending on needs and project, for national and international companies
- Be available to the prospect as an advisor throughout the sales process
- Presentation of technical and business topics at customer events and trade fairs
- Support for new product initiatives/solutions through technical expertise
- Responsible for handling any functional/technical/non-standard request or issues that arise during the sales process
YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Supporting sales in assessing business challenges of prospects/customers, identifying solutions for the customer and presenting ADP solutions for the task
- Analysis and documentation of the needs of prospects / customers as well as identification and suggestions of suitable solutions from the ADP portfolio based on this
- Grow to be an expert in one or more of the following aspects of HCM: payroll, HR, time and human resources management
- Conducting due diligence / needs assessments and providing results describing the proposed solution and benefits to the client
- Collaborating with prospects and sales to prepare customized product demos for challenges and issues faced by prospects/customers
- Presentation of ADP solutions to all audiences at different levels, from end users to board level
- Reviewing, supporting and processing requests for information / quotes (RFI / RFP) from potential customers together with the respective sales representative
- Supporting in the development and maintenance of demo systems
- Collaborating with other departments of ADP in cases where non-standard solutions are required to meet the needs of potential customers/clients
- Providing feedback to product specialists on how to improve ADP’s solutions and services
