Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work with Pre-Sales consultant to ensure handover of business process blueprint & solution architecture
- function as the subject matter expert within client onboarding projects with regards to in-season merchandize management
- manage identified gaps and change requests throughout the project and keep business blueprint and implementation documents updated
- work with technical and data science teams to deliver the best fitting solution & configuration for the client
- You will formulate and document recommendations to configure the Centric Pricing & Inventory system with attention to a client’s wishes.
- Lead the data validation process with technical colleagues and towards the customer
- Train customers and colleagues in Centric Pricing & Inventory applications
- Help clients ensure a smooth internal change management process
- Handover client to Customer Success Manager after successful Go-Live and hypercare
- Provide feedback to Product Management teams for customer enhancements in detailed predefined format
- Visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions
- Work with customer to develop and execute A/B test plans, including identifying test and control groups, setting up test parameters, and monitoring test results.
- Ensure all customer specific time & effort is being tracked accurately
