Tasks

• Collaborate closely with major customers regarding comprehensive solutions in the information management (IM) sphere, encompassing software, services, and processes.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients, offering expert guidance from initial acquisition through to project execution.
• Champion change management initiatives with existing clients, driving adoption of innovative solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities with both new and existing clientele.
• Conceive holistic solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Handle the calculation and billing processes for these comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and deliver engaging customer workshops and presentations.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of specialized internal training programs.
