The Business Consultant will support efforts to establish Microsoft Project Online as the USCG PMIS in alignment with the functional requirements set forth in the Configuration and Change Management Policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Five (5) years experience in business development, re-engineering, or management.
  • Three (4) years experience of Power Automate experience designing and building workflows.
  • Five (5) years experience in Power Platforms and SharePoint Online.
  • Five (5) years experience of knowledge developing project schedules using Microsoft Project Online.
  • Five (5) years experience of knowledge of Power BI.
  • Six (6) years experience in the following MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
  • Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department’s COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year of demonstrated proficiency using the following Microsoft applications: Project, Teams, OneDrive, Visio.
  • Knowledge in Custom Connectors.
  • Working knowledge of Graph API, Automated Deployments, PowerShell, SQL.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
  • Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Power Automate Developer, responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining custom business applications and custom automation using the Microsoft Power Platform within a Project Online (PrO) environment.
  • Implementing automation solutions and workflows through gathering requirements.
  • Updating flows to meet changing requirements and production issues.
  • Documenting processes and developing, testing, and deploying solutions using the Power Platform.
