EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience deploying applications on Heroku
• 6+ years of meaningful work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform optimally under pressure
• Skills for analyzing technical concepts, translating them into business terms, and mapping business requirements into technical features.Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS DESIRED

• Detailed familiarity with the database, application, and network technologies used in Cloud Computing (e.g knowledge of network topologies and devices, database concepts and SQL, multi-tenancy)
• Consultative selling, deep understanding of driving discovery cycles to identify customer business and technical requirements
• Ability to thrive in an agile/dynamic environment and role, often working independently to achieve customer success
