MELIVA - Since the end of 2021, Meliva has been building a brand for outpatient and inpatient care in Ger-many. Our roots are from Finland where we have around 5,000 outpatient doctors and around 30,000 em-ployees under the name MEHILÄINEN, which is the largest network for outpatient care in Northern Europe. Now we want to implement our recipe for success from modern patient care in Germany with the help of comprehensive digitalization. We are currently represented with 15 locations in Fulda, the Rhein-Main region and in the Westpfalz region. Up to date, we grew to 500 employees, of whom more than 60 are doctors. Our digital practice provides online support for SHI and PHI patients. The core element of treatment in our practices remains the physical contact between doctors and patients. Responsibilities:
The precise job description and the emphasis on different themes will be tailored based on your strengths and interests, but your tasks will be related to the following areas that our team is responsible for:
- Financial reporting for the German business: Your responsibilities include monthly reporting, fore-casting, and preparing financial targets for the upcoming year. Also, you will evaluate the financial performance of business units and provide recommendations for improvement and collaborate with operational teams to understand the business drivers and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Operational reporting for the German business: You utilize data to define and track crucial KPI’s for the business and provide insights for the management to steer the business to the right direction. Such KPIs relate to volumes across locations, personnel efficiency and pricing.
- M&A & strategic analyses: You will participate in various types of development projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, market research, business case modeling, and the development of busi-ness plans. In merger and acquisition projects, you will be responsible for valuation modeling, pre-paring presentations for the board, and coordinating the Due Diligence process with internal and ex-ternal stakeholders.
