YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to Sales & Marketing finance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly with handling large datasets.
  • Advanced user of SAP analytics or similar business intelligence software.
  • Solid experience from stakeholder management in an international/Nordic environment.
  • Proactive personality with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian (or any other Scandinavian language), and have very good skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales and Marketing analysis and support, including oversight of Sales & Marketing spend and rebate reporting to clients.
  • Contribute to budget and forecast scenario planning and modelling by critically analysing data and assumptions.
  • Ensure Sales & Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and investigate any deviations, developing action plans as necessary.
  • Support the definition of profitability metrics by analysing customer and product profitability dimensions.
  • Challenge and enhance current profitability analysis for customers, products, and market segments through scenario creation and content development.
  • Utilise SAP analytics and Excel proficiency to generate insightful reports and analyses.
  • Drive cost optimization projects through profitability analysis and efficiency recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely preparation of management information.
