Keen to join our Business control and Analytics team? As a part of Teamtailors growth journey we are looking for another Business Controller to join our team of business controllers, a team comprised of Selin and Hanna. You will get to work as a business partner towards Teamtailor departments to improve business performance and efficiency by analyzing financials and key KPIs.

• Analyze, follow up, and report financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for management reporting
• Be a part of and drive the budgeting and forecasting process
• Enable data-driven insights and decision making
• Maintain, improve, and analyze metrics and KPIs
• Create new models for analysis
• Work as a business partner with other Teamtailor departments to identify and improve data, performance, and KPIs
• Prepare and create material for board and external investors
• Work with large sets of data to gain insights into how business performance can be enhanced
