As we continue to grow and expand our business, we also want to strengthen our controlling team and are now seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our finance organization. As we are committed to excellence, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in business controlling, planning and financial analysis to lead our Business Controlling team located in Turku.
As a Business Controlling Team Leader you will lead and manage a team of four Business Controllers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You will oversee all aspects of business controlling, including budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You are also hands on responsible for controlling our most international Business Unit Marine & Offshore Energy.

• Process and energy industry including food industry
• Pharmaceutical industry
