• Marketing of products and services offered by Transaction Banking (Working Capital)
• To understand customers and plan for all communication with customers in mind
• To carry out campaigns/promotions/events from time to time to promote and support the various new and existing products and services provided by the department. Will include tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
• Ensure internal processes while achieving the above is observed and adhered to - including financial processes.
• Able to express and conceptualize marketing messages well in a manner where it will be concise and customer friendly
• Become ambassador for all related products and services by having a good grasp of offerings by the department
• To support other activities carried out by the department and Bank as a whole to maintain name and reputation of the department/bank.
