As part of the Strategic Marketing team, this position is a key strategic partner to senior leadership and supports decision-making by providing data-driven insight on our products and our customers. This position is responsible for strategic data and information gathering and understanding, trend and scenario analysis, and other business analytics in support of strategic planning and
execution for Nonwovens Division.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience; bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insights into action.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent mathematical and analytical capabilities
• Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• High level of competency with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel) is essential; SAP, Power BI and
• Business Warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• English fluency

• Independently develop analytic information, charts and graphs, using Power BI.
• Manage NBS Next Strategic Discipline activities including reporting and insight, report-outs, and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide monthly customer and product output metrics and quarterly Quad Quartile reporting and provide insight to
• management to impact and influence decision-making.
• Supports the Operations Director with report-outs (OTD, CoPQ, etc.) , and ad-hoc requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
• Pro-actively identify business process improvements by interrogating and interpreting data.
• Execute annual segmentation and corporate rankings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
