Responsibilities:

  • Managing the planning and timelines for delivery of Board and Executive papers (WBC Board and Committees, Remuneration Oversight Committee, WNZL BPRC, ET and HRET).
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the RPA team, Company Secretariat and executive offices.
  • Managing the flow of information between RPA team and GE HR office.
  • Work independently or in collaboration with the RPA team in the preparation of materials and other reporting as required.
  • Managing RPA team planning and managing the contribution to the Human Resources QBR process.
  • Development of team strategies and implementing them through communications and coordinating key projects.Assist where required between the Executive Reward Relationship team and Governance, Executive Reward & Risk teams
