Batgroup is ambitious and would like to grow in new markets, that’s why we’re seeking a Business Developer in Zürich, you will be responsible for developing your market.

Your mission:

  • Develop sales strategies to draw in new potential clients.
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling/emailing, or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, being the salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Management of accounts, and clients during their lifecycle with the company, on implementation of our services as well as general daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Your weapons:

  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Fluent English and German are a must. French is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both face-to-face, and over the phone.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Hard-worker, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Social, friendly, and motivated attitude.
  • Fast learner and ability to multitask.
  • EU or Swiss driver licence is a must.
