Description:
INTRODUCTION
The Business Developer is responsible for developing VOC Sales.
Minimum Requirements
- Good understanding of the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Ability to deal with difficult clients
- Exceptional Account management skills
- Proficiency in both Written and spoken English and excellent
- Very good Communication and Listening skills
- Export / Import procedures
- Presentation and convincing skills
- Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to training and equip clients with PVOC information/requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing clients relationship
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and conformity needs.
- Permanently in contact with the exporter to offer our services regarding PVoC programs and other BV Services
- Effectively manage all accounts under your portfolio and ensure revenue growth
- Ensure invoices for work done are paid on time.
- Client retention
- Negotiating Service agreements/contracts and payment terms
- Achieve all targets set by management
- Submit reports on time
- Providing management with timely feedback regarding market trends, competition etc.
