Description:

INTRODUCTION

The Business Developer is responsible for developing VOC Sales.

Minimum Requirements

  • Good understanding of the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Ability to deal with difficult clients
  • Exceptional Account management skills
  • Proficiency in both Written and spoken English and excellent
  • Very good Communication and Listening skills
  • Export / Import procedures
  • Presentation and convincing skills

  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to training and equip clients with PVOC information/requirements

Job Specification

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing clients relationship
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and conformity needs.
  • Permanently in contact with the exporter to offer our services regarding PVoC programs and other BV Services
  • Effectively manage all accounts under your portfolio and ensure revenue growth
  • Ensure invoices for work done are paid on time.
  • Client retention
  • Negotiating Service agreements/contracts and payment terms
  • Achieve all targets set by management
  • Submit reports on time
  • Providing management with timely feedback regarding market trends, competition etc.
