Description:

Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time remote Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join their team. This position will play a crucial part in generating leads for the US-based sales team through targeted business development efforts and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and collaborate with our delivery team in the Philippines to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management in the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic, results-driven, and has the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, global team.
  • Must be a citizen of the Philippines
  • Has a suitable workspace for remote work
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati every Wednesday
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM PHT)

Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, networking, webform submissions, and cold-calling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning Arbour Group’s solutions effectively.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients based on US Sales team strategies.
  • Collaborate with the US Sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Attend Sales team meetings

Marketing

  • Work closely with the delivery team in the Philippines and the US marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with Arbour Group’s business objectives.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates.
  • Engage with the Arbour Group team in the Philippines to expand our online presence and make sure there is engagement.
  • Develop and maintain account mapping for key accounts, as required.
  • Manage Salesforce instance (Basic knowledge required)
  • Manage Seamless AI for list building
