We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry.
We are currently seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Executive to join our team at TripleTen LATAM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business in LATAM region.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed and persuasive reports and proposals to support business development activities and secure new partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and form strategic alliances that align with the company’s goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High tolerance to frustration to persist through setbacks and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain and nurture current partnerships, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
  • Ability to understand and dig into legal and accounting questions, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and business performance analysis.
  • Strategic Thinking: Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Task Management: Handling day-to-day business tasks and administrative duties.
  • Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Proposal Development: Preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Data Management: Working with financial data, metrics, and KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Hands-on Execution: Being involved in practical, operational tasks to support business initiatives.
  • Frustration Tolerance: Demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle pressure and setbacks effectively
