Due to the company’s growth, we are adding a Business Development Associate to assist with Business Development initiatives in our Commercial Design/Build environment. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative team with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction while living Aura’s values of Care, Humility, Creativity, Passion and Fun!

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in one where the product has a value >$100,000 with a prolonged sales cycle over 12 months (our sales cycle can take over 3 years);
• Experience within Interior Design, Architecture, and/or Construction industries an asset;
• Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and sustained cold calling activities; and
• Experience maintaining, modifying and using systems to track and report performance.
