As part of an ambitious market growth plan, we are looking for a professional to join our Business Development team, at the rank of Associate (entry level).
The focus of this role will be to monitor and support the firm’s Go to Market strategy and activities, supporting executives in preparing proposals and achieving objectives around what they present to the market, as well as, in due course, supporting managing accounts for key customers, analysing their sales/pipeline and margin.
The successful candidate will work closely across all service lines, typically with account teams, executives, and partners.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the management of public tenders: Maintenance of a database of opportunities, identification and monitoring of compliance requirements and coordination with pursuit teams in the preparation and review of proposals.
  • Support in preparing proposals, both in terms of content and image.
  • Support in the preparation of go-to-market materials – Service proposals, meeting support brochures, presentations and decks for clients, internal presentations and support in the preparation of thought leadership materials
  • Support in implementing go-to-market plans for the different Service Lines in line with their commercial objectives
  • Support to client teams in using EY’s account management methodology
  • Participation in meetings with clients
  • Support in defining annual targets for projects subject to quality assessment and following all necessary steps for the assessments to take place (contact and follow-up of the process with executives, local and global partners of the firm)
  • Encouragement and support in the use of internal tools and good commercial practices
  • Support in the creation and internal dissemination of sectoral information and other content
  • Support in the regular updating of institutional decks for internal and external use
  • Preparation of content and applications for events
  • Participation and support in the creation and design of new initiatives.

TP QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • Academic training in Management, Economics, or similar financial areas
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in roles related to Business Development
  • Proficiency and enjoyment of using PowerPoint and Excel
