LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy advisory firm which specializes in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Business Development Director to lead our expansion and foster strategic relationships with potential clients in Singapore and internationally.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving LiT Strategy’s expansion in Singapore and internationally. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. This role requires a results-driven professional with a keen understanding of various business segments, development strategies, market analysis, and the ability to cultivate and maintain fruitful business relationships. This is a results oriented role, and a key requirement is that the incumbent is expected to show tangible results in the form of new revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consultancy industry.
• Strong understanding of [specific industry or service] and the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
