QUALIFICATIONS
- Rich knowledge of/experience with the SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia).
- A minimum of one year’s full-time experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Danish not required).
- Proficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Singaporean English, Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
- We are looking for someone who is excited to research, strategize, and communicate with prospects to generate new business.
- Has the ability to undertake multiple tasks and projects at the same time with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
- Has a collaborative, global mindset and an enthusiasm for new business development and SaaS technology.
- Capable of independently and collaboratively initiating, establishing, and maintaining partnerships. Ability to work closely with our partnership team in the United States and engage in remote collaboration across time zones when necessary.
- Able to closely connect with our Sydney office through remote means, and there may be times when collaboration across different time zones is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Queue-it Business Development Associate, you’ll create quality connections with potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia), generating business and playing a critical role in Queue-it’s continued growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and qualify new sales opportunities. Develop and launch strategic awareness campaigns and engage in discovery calls to create and qualify new leads.
Take full responsibility for researching, prospecting, and reporting for your assigned markets. You will become part of our Business Development Team focusing on the SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia) and become our market expert. You’ll use tailored approaches that match the linguistic, cultural, and business specifics of your region.
Collaborate for growth. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams in our Copenhagen office (and others!) to create engaging, market-optimized content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.
