Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in the Business Development Center. This position is responsible for helping maintain the day-to-day job duties and responsibilities. You will be asked to help manage, supervise and execute BDC customer communications via email, text, and telephone in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards. You will also help oversee a team of dedicated BDC coordinators and train them on CRM, customer communications, and vehicle training. Must be able to work until 8:00 pm if necessary and must be able to work on Saturdays. Must be able to pass a drug test.Compensation:

$10 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Ensures all Internet leads are followed up with until completion of the sale
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
  • Follows up with aged sales leads
  • Help manage and track all leads
  • Help manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
  • Help Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Handle our customer contacts through CRM, service, follow-up, and lead generation
  • Schedule sales appointments
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s monthly goals
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone
  • Manage the day-to-day business of the business development center
  • Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives set by management
