Job Summary:
Hubler Ford, a leading automotive dealership in Shelbyville, Indiana, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission in the auto industry. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and ultimately driving sales for our dealership. This individual contributor role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
The total compensation for this position is $45,000 to $75,000 per year, with weekly pay. In addition to the base salary and commission, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming leads through phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and providing information about our vehicles and services
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, follow up, and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments
  • Participating in training and development activities to continually improve sales skills and knowledge of our products
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and sales mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
