Responsibilities:

Activate Business School has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager who is able to self generate new opportunities using various prospecting techniques. The main focus is to build a pipeline of new business prospects to secure new clients. The types of companies you will be working with are SME’s and blue-chip organisations across all sectors.
This is consultative selling, where you will be tailoring our range of bespoke training solutions to meet the clients needs and requirements. Working with clients nationally, this role is responsible for preparing and delivering proposals and tenders alongside the Head of Sales.
As well as building these relationships, you’ll be ensuring our service standards, processes and procedures are adhered to, and that our KPIs are being hit. With the potential for growth in this business area, you’ll be identifying cross selling opportunities so both you and the team can maximise revenue and achieve/exceed targets.
This is a hybrid role, working remotely with requirement to travel to client meetings nationally so a full, clean driving licence and car is required.
