Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Director (BDD) contributes to empowering the life-changing operations of a unique and forward-looking Social Enterprise. Through oversight of functions including sales, business planning, people, and finances, the BDD will continue to deepen the impact that Mission Possible is making in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HR experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a for profit environment is an asset
- Experience working in customer relations is an asset
- Diploma or post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, sociology, community economic development)
- Experience working in NonProfits is an asset
