Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development of products in the similar industry
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.
- Outstanding people skills, strong sales personality, with excellent communication skills, and a phenomenal teammate.
- Knowledge of competitor products.
- Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic
- Target driven
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Experience with main consultants in the region.
- Driving License is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize market exploitation for our portfolios.
- Build and develop relationships with consultants, developers, and end users.
- Actively drive projects with stakeholders across the entire sales process.
- Develop the project pipeline for our own business and channel partners, ensuring the best and optimized solutions and selections.
- Communicate specification details, project specifics, and successful contractor information to the sales force (CRM) for follow-up.
- Stay aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities, and communicate such information to sales management and product managers.
- Work closely to provide technical expertise on customer application requirements and specify our technology solution offerings.
- Promote visibility of our company within local consulting networks.
- Educate customers on the technical features and business benefits of our proposed solutions.
- Specify the implementation of our products and solutions.
- Increase market awareness for both the company and products (e.g., through technical product presentations/seminars for customers, promotions, advertising).
- Handle the approval process for our products, facilitating all the vital approval documentation (e.g., Type Test info, reference projects, new application examples, etc.).
- Provide technical engineering support for consultants, distributors, and end clients across the UAE.
