REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience doing business development
- 1 year of experience in web3/crypto
- Background in at least one or a combination of business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential partners and growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Identify and engage potential strategic partners, including exchanges, blockchain projects and financial institutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and agreements
- Drive deals to closure while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with product, marketing and legal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives
- Provide feedback from the market to internal teams for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline and key performance indicators
