JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This is a key role in our organization and requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG, cleaning and hygiene industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid oman driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and present proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
  • Represent the company in various networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
