Description:
THE PROFILE
The Business Development Executive will have a background in the sales lifecycle and will understand Renoir’s journey from potential supplier to being a valued partner and advisor. With that in mind, we would be looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous telephone-based sales experience.
- Ability to negotiate, close and book prospective C-Suite meetings.
- Deal effectively and professionally with objections and rejections.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Great relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise daily workload.
- A self-starter, a people person, naturally curious and engaging.
- Knowledge of the current trends and issues in ESG.
- Rights to work in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We present our world management consultancy to new and existing businesses across the globe, partner alongside our experts and provide a platform for our Business Development Directors to attend Leadership or C-Suite Meetings where we can articulate viable To Be Solutions.
