As the global market for ADUs surges towards an estimated value of USD $10.6 billion by 2030, our client is primed for expansive growth and innovation. To spearhead their sales efforts, we seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian). You will drive revenue growth and generate new business opportunities through high-volume outreach to prospective customers in the Greater Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of hunter sales experience in the US market (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience selling to Real Estate investors in Sacramento/SF Bay Area is a huge advantage

ADU, CONSTRUCTION, REAL ESTATE, OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SALES EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a high-volume outbound sales activities environment

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach)
  • Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs: revenue, meetings, sales activities
  • Proactively participate in team training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and submit regular reports
  • Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data (Kommo CRM
